Hi! I'm Katie, a 30-something living in Jacksonville, FL. Originally from Wisconsin, I am a cheesehead at heart, but I have a "wanderlust" soul. I have lived in Spain and Peru, and travelling is indeed my FAVORITE thing to do. Since I am a teacher, I do not currently have the largest budget in the world to travel as much as I have the past few years, I have found a secondary pastime with cake decorating. This is quite recent, but I love it.
